1. 15 Jumping Jacks
2. 15 Knee Lifts
3. 15 Jump and Turns in the Air
4. 15 Froggie Jumps (Move like a frog)
5. 15 Curl Ups (like sit ups, but not all the way up!)
Cinco De Mayo Day! Do a little research and find out what that means!

In honor of Cinco De Mayo Day...here are two fun dances.
The one on the left is slower, get a hat, any hat, and some maracas (could be anything) and have some FUN!
The one on the right is a fun song called, La Bamba. It is quicker, follow along.

A long time ago I told you I would record Mr. P., LuLu and I on our walking trip and I never got back to it. Well, here it is.
We take over a 2 Mile WALK EVERY DAY, even in the cold, to get our exercise.
LuLu is a fit little doggie!
Here we are taking that walk...
Oh, and sorry you can't see my watch very well, I am NOT a very good videographer! LOL!
